Ed Billings, who has created a series of YouTube videos mocking city officials, is putting his own spin on the dust-up between Colorado Springs Councilman Sean Paige and county Commissioner Amy Lathen.
“Local politicians should (realize) that there are people like me who monitor what happens (among) local politicians,” he said in an e-mail to council members and The Gazette.
“When this conflict arose between Sean Paige and Amy Lathen of course I just had to put my 2 cents worth in,” he wrote.
