Mayor Steve Bach calls his wife, Suzi, his rock and his best friend.
During his State of the City address Wednesday, Bach once again recognized his wife.
“Ladies and gentlemen, I could not stand here today and do my job without this woman by my side. She has been so instrumental in my life,” he said.
“In fact, there are some in the media who refer to her as Suzi Bach, the real mayor. And there’s some truth to that, honestly.”
Well that is a lie. His rock is the city committee and housewife Angela Dougan. Back cronies must be defeated in the next city council election. This guy knows nothing. He is nothing more than a pawn of the city committee and developers. Anyone supported by Bach must be voted against in the next election. This small commercial real estate person does not have the mental capacity to run this city.

Together Mayor Bach and Suzi have done more for the city of Colorado Springs in 12 months than most citizens will do in a lifetime. We should be thanking them both for the endless hours working for city, volunteering at non-profits, and clean ups, etc. They are a great husband-wife team!

The mayor appears to be directed by a few people in the city who want more control and power and with help from some in the media they’re out to discredit anyone who gets in the way of their agenda. Very concerning and disappointing.
What better way to help the public forget all the stories of abuse that came out during Backs campaign then to paint the Mayor as a loving husband. Is Susie on the cities payroll?
