A fraternity house that has 50 people living in it. Can they have 300 plants in their house? These are things that are up in the air.” Why would this be up in the air? They can have 6 plants for every individual in the house that is over 21, just as the law states. The city needs to stop hiring people from tier 3 and 4 law schools.
