Then they are turn around and charge us for a waste water useage based on the avarge over the three winter months. So we end up paying more for this increased useage all year long. They should offer a couple of days in each winter month to water trees and shrubs and not have it be used in our waste water calculation. they have the ability to moniter our water useage by the day.
